Our Process:

  • Surface Preparation: We begin by thoroughly preparing the existing concrete surface, including cleaning, repairing cracks and imperfections, and grinding to ensure proper adhesion of the epoxy coatings.
  • Base Coat Application: A base coat of epoxy resin is applied to the prepared surface, providing a strong foundation for the flake broadcast.
  • Flake Broadcast: Decorative flakes are broadcast evenly onto the wet epoxy base coat, creating a seamless, textured finish. The density and distribution of the flakes can be customized to achieve the desired aesthetic.
  • Polyaspartic Application: Once the flakes are fully embedded, a clear polyaspartic is applied to seal and protect the surface, enhancing durability and gloss.
  • Curing and Finishing: The polyaspartic are allowed to cure fully, resulting in a smooth, glossy finish that is ready for use within a short timeframe.
